New Business

Bill Campion gave an update on the 501(c)3 status. It was established that there will be two check signers on the WISNAPA bank account − the president and treasurer. Incoming Co-president Steve Voigt and incoming Treasurer Jan Heinitz will be the current co-signers on the account.

Bill reminded members of the upcoming meeting dates for 2010 and 2011: Fall – Saturday, October 9, 2010 at the Italian Conference Center (tentative); Spring – Saturday, March 12, 2011 at the EAA, Oshkosh; and Summer – Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Country Springs Hotel, Waukesha.

Jane Campion asked members their opinion of possibly moving future June meetings a week later so as not to conflict with spring sporting events and graduation dates. The general consensus was to meet the first Saturday of June as some people would have conflicts with a later date.

Bill Campion introduced the board members for 2010-11. The officers will be: Steve and Karen Voigt (Scott ‘11), co-presidents; Tom and Barbara Balistreri (Michael ’12), co-vice presidents; Jan Heinitz (Rebecca Guild ’13) treasurer; and Nancy Briski (Michael ’12), secretary.
